Since 2014, we have been manufacturing custom workwear and personnel clothing for organizations — tailored to your fabric, color, and logo requirements.
İŞNOYO Promotion & Workwear was founded in 2014 in Bağcılar, Istanbul. We manufacture workwear and personnel uniforms for companies operating in the industrial, logistics, construction, food, energy, and corporate sectors. We produce to order across 16 product categories — from work trousers and overalls to softshell jackets and high visibility safety garments. We do not offer a standard price list; each company selects its own fabric, color, and logo application, and we prepare a tailored quote and manufacture accordingly.

Our goal is not to be a flashy brand — but to be a supplier that delivers on its promised quality and lead times, and one you can count on to do business with again when the need arises.
How We Work
We handle every order individually. We take the time to understand your business, your working environment, and your budget — then recommend the right fabrics and styles accordingly. We never move into full production without an approved sample. Whether the order is small or large, we are committed to bringing the same level of care and attention to every single one.
Our production capacity
Cutting and sewing
We cut and sew work trousers, coveralls, jackets and uniforms in our own workshop. Sizing and patterns are adjusted to the company's measurements.
Fabric sourcing
We source fabric from reliable suppliers at the durability the job requires, including gabardine, ripstop, softshell and hi-vis materials.
Logo and branding
We apply the company logo to the garment by embroidery or print. Colour and placement are approved on a sample first.
Quality control
We check stitching, measurements and printing before dispatch. We set aside faulty items and deliver the order complete.

Needs and quote
We discuss how many people, which products and what conditions you need clothing for. We prepare a written quote based on the details.

Design and sample
We settle the fabric, colour, model and logo placement, then prepare a sample for your approval before production begins.

Production
We start the production run based on the approved sample. We keep you updated on the status throughout the process.

Delivery and after
We check the products and deliver within the agreed time. For repeat orders, your patterns and details stay on file.
Quality and responsibility
We know that workwear gets washed, rubbed against, and put under stress every single day. That's why we prioritize selecting durable fabrics suited to the job at hand, and making sure every seam is built to hold. We carry out stitch and measurement checks on every batch, and we never ship a defective product.
In production, we work to reduce fabric waste, use materials efficiently, and avoid unnecessary excess. We don't make bold environmental claims — we simply do what we can, honestly and without pretense, and we believe that a longer-lasting product is itself a form of less waste.
