Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

1. Personal Data Processed

Through the contact and quote forms on our website we process identity, contact and request data such as your full name, e-mail address, phone number, company information, and the message and product code you submit in relation to your request.

2. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed to respond to your quote and information requests, to communicate with you, to provide our products and services, to manage customer relations, and to fulfil our legal obligations.

3. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, by automated and partly automated means.

Processing relies on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK — namely that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests; processing beyond this scope is based on your explicit consent.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred — only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes above — to our hosting/cloud and infrastructure providers, business partners, and legally authorised public institutions, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Where infrastructure services are obtained from providers located abroad, your data may be transferred abroad within the safeguards required by the legislation and, where necessary, on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and for the statutory limitation/retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad,
• Request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• Request deletion/destruction in line with the legislation,
• Request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred,
• Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

How to Apply

You may submit requests regarding your rights in writing, together with information verifying your identity, via the e-mail or postal address above. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest, pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK.
